Thaddeus turned 3!!! (This one is getting a blog post of it's own.)
To go along with that, I hate the "threenage" years...or at least it's attitude. On the flip side, this kid and his sweet moments...they melt my heart.

Liviana has made some sleeping gains and now seems to be going through a regression. Oh and she's working on her second tooth! Say what?!?! (More info to come in her 6 month post next week!)
E and I got our first, FIRST people, kid free day/night combo for couple of days recently. My parents were dying to see the kiddos so we drove up, dropped them off, and enjoyed a day and a half of kid-free time. We even went out for late night half-priced apps at Applebee's. I had a drink during the day. And we slept in.... Ahhhmaaazzziiing!
We were rear ended about two weeks ago. Yep, the whole family in the car. We were sitting at a red light discussing our impending trip to Target when BAM! we hit from behind. Ensure screaming. From me...and it wasn't screaming in pain, it was screaming in anger. I was sooooo livid at the guy. His response, "I'm so sorry, I looked down at my phone." Are you effing kidding me?!?! Thankfully the kids checked out ok (there were some screams from the baby and tears from Thad, but both were easily soothed). They saw the pedi Tuesday and were given the all clear. E was sore for a day or so, but me? I'm am struggling. I had a ton of back pain the first night so I went to see the chiro the next day. Whiplash and misalignment in my back...so now we correct it. I don't think I've gone a day without a headache yet. Oh and the car? Almost 4K in damages. Grrr....
Workout have been pretty good. I started walking (after the accident) instead of running because my back and neck are still so sore. I have also added in my some weight and I'm loving that part. I need to find some good exercises for my diastasis recti. Also, I earned some new running shoes (mini goals people, mini goals) and I am struggling to find a good, comfortable pair. If you have any recs I would love to hear them! Also, do any of you have any experience with the FitBit wristband? I'm considering getting it, but would love some real people feedback first.
We're still hoping and waiting for a start date on the job in GA, but no news. He's starting to apply in the area. We really have a lot of decisions to make as we've pretty much outgrown this apartment...joy.
I'm now teetering on back to school mode. We start later this year (meaning end of Aug vs. now), but that just means more meetings and such the couple weeks before. However, I'm seriously contemplating painting my desk something fun. Right now, it's a boring blue-grey. In fact, this is my exact desk. I don't know if I could do submarine yellow, but maybe this teal...or a deep purple color? Our school colors are crimson and blue, but the thought of a red desk makes me fear how my students subconscious emotions will react to such a strong color (think anger, aggression, etc.).
