Since then, I've run it 7 more times. SEVEN! Holy moly. Heck, I know...it's only a mile, BUT at 4 months post-partum (er, 5 months today...whoa) I am pretty damn proud of myself. I set a mini-goal that if I ran/worked out (hardcore sweaty type) 9 times I could order new running shoes. Needless to say, new shoes are in my future! Now on to brainstorming another goal. I'm thinking of adding six more runs and getting some new headphones to use while running. Anyone have any other ideas?
So to break down the stats for you:
Height: (because you know you wanna know) 5'8"
Pre-Liviana weight: 151 lbs.
Weight on day of delivery: 201 lbs.
Weight now: 168.6
Goal: 143 (Pre-Thaddeus average weight.)
So have a ways to go, but after losing all that weight after Thaddeus I'm confident I can do it. I just hope it doesn't take me a year this time.
