I'm a bit green...with envy. (Sponsored by Scotts)

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

So, I like to think that I have a green thumb.  However, letsbehonest...I don't.  Every year I plant new flowers and every year they pretty much die by mid-July.  The only ones that have survived, are the ones that my mom and dad started for me and now just grow by themselves every year.  Oh well, I try.

And this year's project.  My yard.  It's sad.  Thanks to midwest winters, my yard becomes a mud hole in the spring when the snow begins to melt.  And over the course of the last five years, we've killed the grass surrounding the back door.  Every spring, I toss an outdoor mat out on the ground so we drag less mud inside, but this year, I'm determined to make some grass grow (and I figure it'll help sell the house when it goes back on the market).

How am I going to do it?  The Scotts® Snap® Spreader System.

-No mess, no guess spreader system -The Snap Pac connects directly to the Snap Spreader – no cutting, no opening and no pouring from heavy bags – no spilling or waste!
The system auto-sets the proper flow rate. No Spreader settings required! It also has a unique EdgeGuard feature that keeps product where you want it…. on the lawn!
-When you’re done, the Snap Pac self-seals upon removal making it easy to store – No more half empty bags on the garage floor.

With this system, I should be able finally fit in (my neighbors are bit yard obsessed and we look like that family.  You know, the one every wishes would do something about their yard.  Thankfully, the rest of our yard looks great, but um yeah, that backyard space...leaves a lot to be desired.  Wish me luck, my wanna be green thumbs are going to need it!
