My hubby and his friends love this ham dip. It's very simple and easy. The first time I made it I was looking for something to take to a family grill out and found the following random ingredients in the fridge. A lot of the recipe is based on taste, not measurements - experiment with the amounts to suite your taste.
1 block of cream cheese
diced ham cubes
In the food processor combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing (add slowly - you can always add more later). Once mixed, throw in the ham (again, enough to suit your taste) and blend again. You may need to spoon the mixture back down onto the blades in order to get it all blended. Once blended, check the taste. Add more ranch dressing if needed and mix again. Serve with Wheat Thins or other crackers. Keep refrigerated and covered when not serving.
